Out of many entries, these are the six best plays that will be performed at the Playhouse on Sunday 11 October.
A Lesson in Revenge by Simon Moss
Jesus in the Fridge by Carol Sheppard
The Waiting Game by Archie Woolls
The Gasman Cometh by Stephen Connolly
Die Young, Stay Pretty by Kate Arnold
Mekong Deliveries by Neil Walden
These ten-minute plays will be performed as rehearsed readings by the Cotswold Players in front of a panel of judges who will choose the winner.
The winning playwright will receive £100 voucher kindly donated by leading independent publisher Nick Hern Books.
